Lovely item but a lot larger than the sweatshirt fit - ordered large as my previous sweater size but need medium. Have tried to email, and returned recorded delivery but waiting for response re size change over

Great quality. Ordered an XL as I was looking for a size 14/16 and could have gotten away with a L. Never the less it's extra comfortable.
